Got the same nice styled superior room with very comfortable bed booked online, really enjoyed that. The breakfasts were above average and great with a lovely view.

My stay was pleasant at the hotel, only the incident with the General Manager that really displeased me and my partner.

However my stay at Protea Hotel Island Club started off very unpleasant. The General Manager of the hotel called my room after an hour that my partner and I arrived. She confirmed that they never received the booking via Booked.net I was not sure at that time what to do. The day that my partner and I stayed over at Protea Hotel, I called the hotel personally after 3pm to confirm the receipt of my booking. At 4.05pm I received a call from one of the ladies that works at hotel reception confirming that she received the confirmation of the booking.

the location was secure - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the room of this place was a nice size with great balcony views. everything here was superb, we will be back.

Island Club Hotel & Apartments in Cape Town is an excellent base for exploring the city. the place is fairly clean and the staff is very amiable and well-trained, making for a pleasant stay. Enjoying breakfast with a lovely view adds to the overall experience.

Cosy location in a peaceful area with stunning surroundings. Plus, you can grab Halal meals at Col'cacchio Canal Walk, how cool is that? 🍔

Surprisingly , after 12 hours flight, I was asked to be transferred to anther hotel for the first night and come back for the other 4 nights, that made me cancel my two first days" arrangements as I was not informed prier to my arrival in Cape Town.

The central location here was perfect, and I will definitely return on my next trip.

Good service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are well furnished and well stocked with good beds and smoke detectors👍❤🙂

This place has an amazing location, really close to Canal Walk shopping centre.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and conveniently situated near Canal Walk Shopping Center. Private parking is available and the service is good. - the location is great, just steps away from the market, and surrounded by lovely manicured gardens with palm trees.
